We are thinking of you

Grandma Irma passed away a week ago tonight. We love you and will miss you!

Just Being Cute

December has flown by. Kyle just finished his EMT class and I just finished the Prostate Cancer event. It feels good to have our lives back- still busy, but not insane busy. Here is a picture that represents our craziness- a plastic saw, chocolate face, and still in pjs at 11:00 a.m.

Snuggling with Grandpa (his best buddy) and baby kitty Linus.

G loves edamame!

"Boos" - boots

Dancing- his latest pastime and our new source of entertainment!

Snow-Turkey-Birth Day

Kyle's sis took great pictures of our Turkey Day I must share! She also cooked a fabulous turkey dinner all before her crazy, black-friday Coach shifts at the outlets. Due to her mid-kitchen remodel she had 3 ovens- so funny, but a thanksgiving dream come true!

The pumpkin pie got trick candles for Kyle and me. Gotta love those turkey b-days!!

If you are wondering about this pic, Esther's leg was broken here, but she did not know it! She thought she had sprained her ankle, now she has a bootie for 12 weeks!!!

Little Stinker Halloween

Grandma Esther made an adorable skunk costume with little leather padded feet- it just barely fit at labor day and we outgrew it by halloween. Thanks to G's cousin, Collin, we had a hand-me-down skunk body with the feet cut off from when he was a skunk 10 years ago! It worked perfectly.

We put his costume on the weeks leading up to halloween and told him he was a skunk- he decided he was an "itty" (a kitty).

Grandma and Grandpa Hagen came over to celebrate (thanks mom for the black cat martinis!). We had a great photo shoot in the sun, but I forgot to take trick-or-treating pictures- oops! There is always next year!

His favorite part was handing out candy to the kids at our door. He even gave a little dragon a kiss!

And our little stinker is off!

Yummy halloween sugar cookies. The days of cutely decorated sugar cookie cut-outs with homemade buttercream are gone for now. At least they were not from a Pillsbury tube!
